Scottish Old Fashion

Ingredients

  • Sugar cube

  • Bitters

  • Soda water

  • Ice

  • Scotch whisky*

Directions

  1. Place sugar cube in a glass, add a few dashes of bitters, and about 30ml of soda water

  2. Crush the sugar with a muddler (or anything really)

  3. Add a few cubes of ice and top with 1-2 shots of scotch whisky

  4. If you’re feeling fancy, serve with a twill of orange skin

* We recommend using a Speyside whisky for this recipe. An Islay will be heavily peaty and less refeshing. However, this is dependant on your personal taste!
