Coffee Review - Sleepless City Roasters

But First Coffee!

{Image Via - www.sleeplesscityroasters.com.au} This month, if the beans last that long, I am trying out the beans from a micro-roastery in Toowoomba called Sleepless City Roasters. I love my coffee; therefore, I love great beans and I'm pretty sure the guys at Sleepless City have come through with the goods. I opted for their 'Crowd Pleaser' beans, their most popular blend, which have tasting notes of chocolate, honey and tropical fruit.

Double shot No sugar Milk

Enjoy!

There is a strong flavour with this coffee, it packs a punch which is what we want from our coffee hit! It however isn't bitter. The chocolate notes are balanced with the acidic notes from the tropical fruit and it creates a lovely balance of not too sweet and not too bitter. So for those looking for a weak and mild coffee, this one isn't for you. (Alternatively, just add a lot of milk! )

"Great coffee is one of those crazy things in life that we all take for granted. What goes into making a delicious cup is truly incredible and humbling. Sleepless City's main focus is to not only share this wonderful drink with as many people as possible, but to also educate them on every coffee from origin to cup." - Sleepless City Roasters

You can visit the roastery and cafe in the lovely town of Toowoomba, or purchase these beans online by clicking here.

The owner and passionate roaster at Sleepless City Roasters is a local boy, who had a dream, who made it a reality and who now provides us with beans that we can all enjoy!

P.S. You can also use their awesome beans to make Coffee Scrub - check out our 'How To' guide here
